The residence has a secure 12 x 5 meter communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after the beach.

The apartment is deliberately basic and functional. It consists of a living room with a good quality sofa bed, television, and an air-conditioned sleeping area once the living room has been converted.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink.

On the terrace, an outdoor kitchen area allows you to prepare the essentials:
electric oven, Nespresso machine, two electric hobs. Nothing superfluous, just the essentials.
