Set in the middle of a large, tree-filled garden of about 1,000 m², this small wooden house fully embraces its simple and authentic spirit. The creaking wooden floors, the slightly “far west” style terraces, and the overall atmosphere naturally invite you to slow down.

The large terrace is the true heart of the house: a real living space with a friendly dining area and a small outdoor lounge, enhanced by a discreet sea view. It’s easy to spend most of the day here, between meals, conversations, and moments of relaxation.

Inside, the entrance opens onto a TV lounge with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. A small hallway leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed. The bedrooms share a simple, functional shower room. A laundry area with a washing machine completes the layout.
