Located on the second and top floor of a small building, Rita’s apartment has been recently renovated with care. It is very clean, well organized, and decorated with simple elegance.
You enter directly into the living space, which includes a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy TV lounge. The kitchen features orange accents that add a cheerful and warm touch to the overall décor.
On the left, a first bedroom offers a 160 cm bed and a mezzanine sleeping area. In the living room, a second mezzanine provides an additional bed; it has a low ceiling and no safety barrier, therefore not suitable for young children. A second, independent bedroom is located at the end of the hallway.
The apartment has one bathroom shared by all guests. While there are several sleeping options, the apartment is ideal for four people, and up to six at most, preferably with children.

Si vous cherchez les animations de la Pointe du Bout, c'est ici qu'il faut aller. L'appartement de Rita est une petite pépite. En tant que passionnés de sport, nous avons été comblés : les clubs de plongée et les départs de sorties en mer (dauphins et Anses d'Arlet) sont littéralement au pied de l'immeuble. Le golf des Trois-Ilets est aussi à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Après nos journées sportives, quel plaisir de retrouver le calme de l'appartement ou d'aller flâner dans les boutiques de la marina. L'accueil de Rita est à l'image de la Martinique : généreux et souriant. Foncez !
simple et pleine de charme, avec ses planchers qui craquent et cette sensation immédiate de bien-être. On s’y sent bien, sans chichi. Accueil de Rita au top, chaleureux et attentionné.
Superbe appartement très propre et lumineux. La vue sur les bateaux de la marina et la mer est magnifique. On a beaucoup apprécié le contraste entre l'animation de la Pointe du Bout (tout est à proximité : plages, glaciers, restaurants). Merci Rita pour l'accueil.
Emplacement très pratique : commerces et bons petits restos à pied, plages, marina et activités tout autour. Le luxe d’être au calme tout en ayant tout à proximité.
Un séjour parfait en famille.
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable chez Rita. L'appartement est superbe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel pour nous 6. Ce qui nous a le plus séduits, c'est l'emplacement : on fait tout à pied ! La vue sur la marina depuis le salon est un vrai bonheur. Malgré l'animation du quartier avec ses boutiques et ses restaurants, l'appartement reste très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Un immense merci à Rita pour son accueil si chaleureux et ses petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
