Villa TROPICAL DIAMANT:

Situated on a vast 1900 m² plot in the peaceful Lucito district, this villa is a true haven of peace. It offers the ideal setting to take full advantage of Martinique's tropical climate, with its shaded carbet set on the edge of a rounded 30 m² swimming pool.

The villa features two large 81 m² terraces, one of which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, American fridge and washing machine.

Inside, you enter directly into the living room, equipped with TV and a large, comfortable sofa. The interior kitchen is functional, with all the necessary equipment.

- First floor:
- The first bedroom, air-conditioned with a 160 cm bed, offers a direct view of the pool and has a large mirrored closet. Shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet in the hallway.
- The second air-conditioned bedroom, a master suite with a 160 cm bed, also overlooks the pool, and features a spacious dressing room and private shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
- The third air-conditioned bedroom, a mini parental suite with a 160 cm bed, opens onto the rear terrace, and has a private shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

First floor:
An interior wooden staircase leads to a bright mezzanine, equipped with a 140 cm bed and a desk, perfectly ventilated thanks to its strategic openings and fan.
A final air-conditioned upstairs mini-suite completes this villa, with a 160 cm bed, private shower area, washbasin and WC.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with the exception of the mezzanine, which serves as a fifth bedroom. This thirty-year-old property is ideal for families looking for comfort, space and a quiet environment close to the amenities of Le Diamant.

Nous avons occupé la villa du 22 octobre au 3 novembre 2025
Très bien accueillis par Michèle
Nous étions 10 personnes chambres très spacieuses avec salle de bain wc linge de maison changé durant le séjour (machine à laver, lave vaisselle.....)
Une belle piscine nickel
Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire la connaissance du propriétaire et des voisins très sympathiques

Nous avons loué la villa TROPICAL DIAMANT du 08/03/25 au 15/03/25. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Michèle. C'est une belle villa qui n'est malheureusement pas bien entretenue. le ménage laisse fortement à désirer pour 180 euros clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait (traces de dentifrice dans les lavabos par exemple). 1 douche dans laquelle on ne tient pas debout, beaucoup d'équipements vétustes, manque de vaisselle et d'accessoires de cuisine... et pas d'aspirateur ! Heureusement cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un bon séjour mais le prix n'est pas justifié. Aucun état des lieux entrant ou sortant. en bref beaucoup de petites choses à revoir

Nous sommes surpris par votre retour, d’autant plus que vous n’avez jamais signalé ces désagréments pendant votre séjour. Si vous aviez partagé vos remarques à ce moment-là, nous aurions bien évidemment fait le nécessaire pour y remédier.
Concernant la villa, elle propose quatre chambres, quatre salles de bain et une piscine privative, le tout au Diamant, pour un tarif qui reste très correct pour ce type de prestation. Certes, il ne s’agit pas d’une villa de luxe, mais elle offre un bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce standing et cette localisation.
Nous espérons néanmoins que vous avez pu profiter de votre séjour et des richesses de la région.
